Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore sales are final. (Sorry, no returns or exchanges).

Ordering Opportunities:

Wave 1: Deadline is midnight on Monday Sept 22nd for anticipated distribution around Oct 25th

Wave 2: Oct 23-Nov 3 for anticipated distribution in early December.

Sizing: We have included size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections. There are different brands and styles of apparel offered which will have different fits. Bauer apparel is available to try on at Strauss in Maplewood.

Delivery: Orders will be distributed in New Richmond.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we may substitute something similar if available or contact you with options. We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders.

Online Order and Credit Card Fee: There will be a 6.5% fee added to your total during the checkout process. This fee covers credit card processing fees and the ability to use this platform to collect orders.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at StraussTeams@gmail.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
